How it works ?
Roadshow Virtual is a quick and easy way to meet potential partners. Each meeting last 15 minutes, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts. There are also coffee break in between sessions.
1) Registration
After received confirmed invitation from Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, Exhibitor register via the Register button. For exhibitor, click "Exhibitor" in the form. After registration complete, you shall receive email notification. Please check your inbox or spam box. Verify your email. Tips: please try to fill in maximum information in the registration form because other participants can view. Ensure you have headshot, company description and LOGO etc.
Note: In registration form, the website field cannot contain both https and www. It's either http://abc.com or abc.com or www.abc.com. If the website is invalid or cannot reach, it will also not registered.
2) Publish/Edit your profile / translation
Create a clear and concise business profile. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. You can always update your profile after your registration. How to update profile? login and you will see "Edit My profile". You can fill in your profile in English. All Chinese invited speak English. You can upload English or bilingual brochure. Translation or Translator not required.
3) Time Zone and Language
The time shown is the time zone you select when you register. The event by default is set at Asia/Shanghai time. Important: you can select your local time e.g. Asia/Muscat, otherwise it will be in Asia/Shanghai time. Please make sure you double check your time zone before you start making appointment. You can also change the language English or Chinese at top right corner in menu bar.
4) Agenda / Exhibitor Briefing
Select all items in agenda that are you attending. Tips: to avoid missing a meeting, suggest to click/check all items in agenda (except Buyer briefing, Buyer Demo Test). Exhibitor is required to attend Exhibitor briefing on Dec 6. Personal agenda: you can download your personal agenda on the top right corner in “Agenda”.
Exhibitor Requirement: attend all Session 1 to 8 in the two days event. If you are unable to attend the two full day, please inform MHT in advanced.
5) Search Exhibitor
Buyers go to the participants to find out Exhibitors that are attending
6) Request Meetings
Buyer browse exhibitor in participants, send request to meet. Exhibitor has the option to accept or reject. All meeting request is send by buyer to Exhibitor. Please check your email frequently because the request by buyer will automatically expired in 3 days if you do not accept or reject.
7) Technical Requirement check
You need to install the latest version of browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari or 360. Use computer with camera. Install latest version of browser:

Before meeting start, click “Meetings” in menu bar, and click “Camera and microphone test”
8) Demo test
You are required to schedule a Demo test (5 minutes test call) now for a meeting on Dec 7 to ensure your computer works. Please check Agenda to ensure you check the Demo test. If you are exhibitor, check and attend Exhibitor Demo Test.
Click participants on top main menu, search "Demo Test" to request for Demo Test meeting with organizer. For exhibitor the date of Demo test is December 7, that means you have to request for meeting before that.
9) Meeting Appointments
Enter your appointment in Meetings (in menu bar), where you have your list of your meetings. Tips: Check your camera and microphone and try to arrive the meeting before start, because if buyer dont see you, they may think you absent. Can I have more than 1 access for each company ? each company can have 1 login only. However, if you have other colleague wish to join some video meetings, you can share the link after you enter video meeting. There is a button where there is a person logo with +. Before meeting, if you see the button "Invite Guest" below the meeting time, you can also click and share the link with your colleague.
10) Self-Test before event start
In case you miss the Demo test by organizer, aside from Technical Requirement Test mentioned in 7), to ensure you camera and microphone works, you can do a self check. Steps: login, Meetings, click the green button "Microphone and Camera test". Below is screenshot.
If camera and sounds dont work well, your browser maybe not compatible. You need to use the latest browser. Please install latest browser mentioned in 7). If still dont work, please consult your IT colleague to help you with browser setting.
11) Live Meeting
Enter your meetings in Meetings (in menu bar), where you have your list of your meetings. Please enter each meeting on time or 1 minute earlier
